Create the future

your customers love

in days not months.

There are serious challenges facing your industry today. If existential threats to your business models aren’t enough, the risks associated with the long and hard road of “digital transformation” add more headaches. To top it all off, smaller and more nimble digital invaders compete for your market share with a disruptive take on your value proposition. It is undeniable your business is changing.

“More than 70% of Digital Transformation initiatives fail for lack of direction, strategy, and long-term goals.”

The new face of innovation starts with a Design Sprint

Teams have pressure to be ‘innovative’ but don’t know how to start.

The design sprint is a focused play-by-play recipe for innovating quickly.

Cross functional teams find it hard to align with common business objectives.

By the end of the first day, sprinters agree on the problem to solve and how it fits in the overall journey.

Teams are more focused on business feasibility, not customer centricity.

The customer is at the center of every exercise within a design sprint.

Product decisions are based on endless internal discussions.

Design sprints stop round-about thinking and conversations by co-creating with the customer.

Team lose enthusiasm and focus when product development cycles run long.

Design sprints inject speed and team spirit over 4 days.

Teams often work towards unclear goals as project scope changes repeatedly.

Design Sprints provide clarity on who to build for and how to measure success.

“The design sprint gives you a super power: you can fast-forward into the future to see your finished product and customer reaction before making any expensive commitments.”

Jake Knapp
Author of the New York Times bestseller Sprint

What is a Design Sprint?

Design Sprint is a 4-day, multi-disciplinary, co-creation process that results in a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) for your moonshot: the key outcome of our FUEL methodology.

Here is what you’ll experience sprinting with us

Day 1 / Workshop [ DECIDE ]

• Define the challenge
• Produce a mass of solutions

Day 2 / Workshop [ IDEATE ]

• Curate and vote on best solutions
• Define the prototype with a storyboard

Day 3 [ CREATE ]

• Design and build the Prototype
• Recruit and schedule user tests

• Test the prototype with real users
• Use feedback from testing to create clear next steps
What They’re Saying

I've participated in similar workshops, but the output from Moonshot's Design Sprint is in a league of its own. You guys are onto something here!

CarrieDirector, Product Lifecycle Management

I'm blown away by what we were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. It would have taken us months on our own to get to where where we were able to land in just two days with Moonshot -- maybe as long as a year.

Steven Director, Global Business Services

The Moonshot Design Sprint was INCREDIBLE and the value we got out if it was beyond anything I could expected. I am really grateful :slightly_smiling_face:.

This is one of the most efficient workshops I've ever experienced. A great use of time - and a lot of fun.
